Salon Disclaimer
Booking
Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for scheduled services. If you arrive late for an appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment time or if there is insufficient time to complete your treatment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
Refunds
Products purchased by you are only returnable or refundable in accordance with our Returns and Refund policy. Please refer to our website at www.jeminihairartistry.com or email us at contact@jeminihairartistry.com.
Medical Conditions
Certain treatments are not recommended for people with medical conditions. Please inform the front desk if you are pregnant or have medical conditions which may potentially be affected by a service. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to disclose to us any medical condition from which you suffer.
Admission
We reserve the right to ask any person to leave the salon if they are offending or disturbing other customers, and/or staff members.
Risk & Loss
Please note that you enter the salon at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any death, theft, injury, loss, or misfortune ("harm") that may occur while you are in the salon, other than where such harm occurs as a direct result of defective products supplied by us to you. Where such harm occurs as a direct result of defective products supplied by us to you, we will still not be held liable for such harm where we did not know that the products were defective when we received them, where we could not reasonably have been expected to have known that the products were defective or where products became defective due to us complying with instructions provided to us by a third party.
